Terms and Conditions
Bookings
1. A confirmation of the booking will be confirmed when a deposit is payed.
2. All deposits are non-refundable.
3. The current deposit required for Ice Cream Tricycle hire is: £50.00
4. Any cancellations within 1 months notice will incur a 50% charge of the booking cost.
5. All final balances are due no less than 14 days before the wedding or event.
6. Any bookings made at short notice (eg Less than 4 weeks before the wedding or venue date) - the full amount is due upon booking.
7. Payments can be made by Paypal, Cash or Bank Transfer (BAC's).
Additional Information
- Staff are fully trained and hold a variety of certificates including Food Hygiene, Customer Service, Health and Safety, First Aid, Risk Assessment and Manual Handling- Our freezers and bikes are PAT tested and serviced annually
- We are registered with Kent County Council Environmental Health Department
- We have Public Liability insurance cover
